TERMS AND CONDITIONS - EZ-RO 2025 WOC PROMOTION

ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is open to all customers above 18 years old who purchase a qualifying EZ-RO system either directly from their Pentair affiliate (only for direct customers) or from their distributor that participates in this promotion (“Participating Distributor”), between June 26, 2025, and June 30, 2025. Employees of Pentair, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively Pentair), and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. Same applies for employees of the Participating Distributor.
 

VOUCHER DETAILS

1. Eligible customers will receive a voucher for a free 4CM cartridge (EV962780) for every qualifying EZ-RO system purchased (the “Voucher”).
2. Customers should use the Voucher within 540 days from purchase of the qualifying EZ-RO system by communicating the promocode received upon their purchase. In case of multiple purchases, the promocode should be used for each one of them.
3. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or another cartridge.
    

LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS

1. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: (i) Vouchers expiring 540 days after purchase; (ii) errors by a distributor partner or third-party vendor;(iii) errors in processing of a Voucher; or (iv) lost or stolen Voucher.
2. Pentair reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. By participating in this promotion, customers waive all right to, and hold Pentair harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of a Voucher.
4. This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
    

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Participation in the promotional program constitutes acceptance of these rules and any additional terms and conditions specified by Pentair or a participating distributor. Any disputes arising from or related to the promotional program shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland.
